Alvin Lee White, 74, of Hope Mills, NC, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
Born in Cumberland County on August 7, 1952, Alvin was the son of the late Woodrow and Mittie Bell Walters White. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Jean White.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn White; son, Robert White and wife Tina; son, Clifton White; grandchildren, Landon White, Garrett White, and Ava White; brother, Jimmy White; and a host of other family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to his celebration of life on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Visitation is from 5:00 to 5:30 pm, followed by his memorial service at 5:30 pm. His life celebration will take place at Gray’s Creek Church of God at 4018 Chicken Foot Road. St. Pauls, NC 28384.
Alvin will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
