Calvin Reed Kornegay, 69 of Fayetteville died Saturday, March 24, 2012.
He is survived by wife, Alice, children Wayne Melvin, Anthony Melvin, Curtis, Crystal, and brother Robert Fortner and seven grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services in Hope Mills. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
