Tuesday, December 29, 2009 Carl Baker "Cowboy" Salisbury, 75, rode off into the sunset from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Salisbury; sons, Steven Salisbury, Kevin McWhinnie, Craig McWhinnie; daughters, Diann Decker, Carline Hassinger, Melissa McWhinnie; sister, Rosemarie Milder; brothers, Charlie Olivera, George Olivera, William Olivera; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
