Charles died Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Visitation was Saturday evening November 28, 2009 from 6-8 pm at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services. Funeral services were Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 4 pm at Hope Mills United Methodist Church on Legion Road with interment in the Hope Mills Cemetery.
Charles is survived by his wife Dorothy Davis Cummins, sister-in-law, Margaret Swanson both of Hope Mills and a number of nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
