In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his dad, Curtis Barton; two sons, Donnie Lowery, Jr. and Ricky Lowery; three brothers, Curtis A. Barton, Dale Barton, and Henry Lowery; and his infant sister, Sheila Barton.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to VA HBPC for the exceptional and compassionate healthcare provided over the past four years. Words cannot express the gratefulness owed to special healthcare providers, Rebecca Hoover, Rachel Nauman, and Tabitha Wilkerson for their years of service and companionship.
