Dorothy Hampton

Dorothy Mae Hampton, 79 of Hope Mills, passed away on March 6, 2023.

Born in Florida, Dorothy is the daughter of the late Monroe Green and Mary Rudolph Green. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Booker T. Hampton; daughter, Tiara Hampton; and siblings, Clarence Green, Vashon Odom, and Ere Sophia.

She is survived by her daughter, Pashawn Juggins and husband Wardell; grandchildren, Chynna Brown Hampton and James Diggs; siblings, Annette Williams and husband Gean, Monroe Green and wife Nancy, Betty Chambers, Alberta Forrester, Earl Green, Walter Green, and Michael Green.

Dorothy was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
