Edward Newtown

Edward Alfred Newtown 62 of Lumber Bridge died Tuesday September 12, 2017.

Born in Heilbronn, Germany he was the son of the late Eugene Newtown and Ruth Day.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Newtown; a daughter, Melissa Saegaert & husband Gabriel of Ashford, CT; a son Alfred James Newtown of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, David Saegaert, Bailey Saegaert, Dahlia Saegaert; great grandchildren, Macalya, Aubrey, Damian, Killian; sisters, Deborah Culver & husband James of Winter Park, FL, Pamela Meyer & husband Gary of Carlisle, PA, Sharon Wheeler of Stedman; step father, Thomas Day of Winter Haven, FL.

Edward was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.

He liked playing darts and telling corny jokes.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
