He was the family rock.  Now he is our angel.  Protect us with your wings.  Keep us safe and sound. Gone but never forgotten.

Francis Stewart Payne  April 6, 1941 - May 6, 2025.

Survived by his wife, Betty; sister, Ruth Ann Newman (Walter) of Pittsburgh, PA, Barbara Strickler (Robert) of VA, Diane Horning (Walter) of NC; son, Scott Payne (Candace) of MD; daughter, Shelly Doyle (Justin) of Okeechobee; brother in law, Charles LaFresh of MD; adopted family members, Anita-Perdomo Snyder and Robert Snyder of NC; also, many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
