Mr. Fred Gray Willoughby, Jr., 54 of Hope Mills died Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Mr. Willoughby was born April 7, 1956 to Fred Willoughby Sr. and Theresa Willoughby Sawyer.
He is survived by five children, Kelly, Jayme, Andrew, Sarah and Adam Willoughby; his mother Theresa Sawyer and sisters, Terri Smith, Marcia Moore, and Hope Norton.
