John Michael Williams

John Michael Williams, 43, of Hope Mills, NC, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Born on July 29, 1982, in Cumberland County, John was the son of Eddie Williams and Joy Williams. 

He was preceded death by his mother, Joy and is survived by his fiancée, Bobbie Perine; son, John Michael Williams, Jr.; father Eddie (Lisa) Williams, Sr; two sisters, Christina (Charles) Sailar and Brenda (Jane) Williams; three brothers, Eddie (Crystal) Williams, Jr., James (Mindy) Williams, and Robert (Dana) Williams; 12 nieces and nephews; and a host of many other close family and friends.

John loved being outdoors, where he enjoyed doing many things such as riding his motorcycle, fishing, and dirt track racing, to name a few. His greatest enjoyment came from simply spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his love for making people laugh.

John will be greatly missed and forever cherished by everyone who knew and loved him.
