A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 29, at Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services in Hope Mills. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, at Greenlawn Perpetual Cemetery, 1252 Hwy 57 South in Dillon, South Carolina.
She is survived by a son; John Council & wife Eva of Garner, NC, grandsons; Delbert Carter & Bryan Carter; one great-grandchild.
