Kathleen Fields

Kathleen Fields, 90, of Hope Mills, died January 16, 2016.

Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late George and Neta Spell. She is also preceded in death by her husband William Carl Fields, Sr.

She is survived by a son, William Carl Fields, Jr., and wife Jessica; daughter, Brook Danielle Jones and fiancée Tyler Prior.
