The Rev. Kenneth Edward Gallion, 50, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, April 29, 2012. He was an Air Force veteran.
Ken was born June 17, 1961 in Evansville, IN to Walter and Burneda Gallion. Ken joined the Air Force September 22, 1980 and was medically retired. He devoted his life to ministry to military families around the world.
Ken faced many obstacles with his health, always with a smile on his face and a love for God and the people around him.
Ken was an amazing husband, remarkable father, and adoring grandfather. He is survived by: Wife, Sharon; children, Kendall and Brad Honeycutt, Emilee, Abigail, Matthew and Sara; grandchildren; Kadynce, Paxton, Hayden; siblings, Melinda Bidabe, Steve, Rick. He is predeceased by: parents, Walter and Burneda; brother, James.
Services: Visitation, 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Funeral, noon Thursday, Rivers of Living Water Church of God. Burial, Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake.
