Louis Lawrence King, 76, of Hope Mills, died Monday, July 20. 2015.
Born on March 3, 1939 in St. Landry Parish, LA, Louis was the son of the late George Lee and Fannie May King.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jenice Ortego King; brothers, Donald King, Herman King, and Alvin King; and sisters, Doris Lowery and Myrtis King.
Louis leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Heidi Wood and husband David of Cedar Creek; daughter, Vanessa Southerland and husband Gary of Hope Mills; six grandchildren, William Southerland, Andrew Southerland, Lindsey Southerland, Louis Wood, David Wood, and Christine Fisher; and six great grandchildren.
He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
