Mrs. Lyda Mae Reeves Jackson, 95, of Hope Mills, died on Sunday, October 11, 2015.
Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Lily Reeves . She was also preceded in death by her husband, Julius Jackson; son, Edwin Jackson; one brother; and three sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Patricia Jackson Grooms of Hope Mills; son, Stuart Jackson and his wife Linda of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Tonia Byrd, Christopher Enlow, and Matthew Jackson; four great grandchildren, Dakota, Lucas, and Caleb Enlow, and Benjamin Byrd; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Lyda will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
