Michael Anthony Govan, Jr.

Michael Anthony Govan, Jr., 31 of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

Michael was born on October 9, 1993 in Cumberland County. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ethel Govan and his grandfather, Vernon Brigman.

He is survived by his mother, Sarah Summers; father, Michael Govan, Sr.; grandmother, Annie Jackson; grandfather, Charlie Govan; two sisters, Chrystle Michael and Deanna Brigman; four nieces; three nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Michael was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed and forever cherished by everyone who knew and loved him.
