Minnie is survived by: 1 daughter, Rhonda Carter, Hope Mills; 2 sons Buddy Carter and Sondra, Timothy Carter and wife Marian, Fayetteville; 2 sisters JoAnne and husband Art, Fayetteville and Rachel, Raeford; 1 brother, Glenn and wife Sandra, Spartanburg, SC; 5 grandchildren, Matthew , Siyinkca, Timothy, Jr., Elic and Jay; 2 great grandchildren, Maddison and Kaylie.
Minnie will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
