Nancy Burkett Canady, 59, of Fayetteville, went home to be with her father, Thursday, September 11, 2014.
She was born in Cumberland County to John and Shirley Burkett. She is preceded in death by her father and her brother William Steven Burkett.
Mrs. Canady is survived by her husband, Dwayne Canady of Fayetteville; daughter, Jillian Holmes of Hope Mills; son, Ray Holmes, Jr. of Fayetteville,; mother, Shirley Burkett of Fayetteville; two sisters, Lori Burkett of Fayetteville and Wanda Wilson of Neosha, MO; three grandchildren, Johnathan Holmes, Sienna Holmes, and Jaden Holmes.
