Naomi Mahurin

Naomi Ruth Mahurin, 70, died Monday, January 23, 2012



Born in Surry, NC, she is the daughter of  Edward Earl and Cora Mae Williams Salter.  She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband George Herbert Mahurin.



Surviving are two daughters Cynthia Casady, Jenifer Porterfield, one son, George Mahurin; siblings, Edward Salter, Betty Davis, David Salter, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.



A Funeral service will be Friday, January 27, 2012 at 12 PM at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services in Hope Mills. Visitation will be from 11 AM-12 PM prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
