Rafael "Chulin" Santiago Alvarez 38 of Fayetteville died Friday September 8, 2017.
Born in San Juan Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Rafael Santiago-Vazques and Maria Cristina Alvarez.
He is also survived by his children, Leonardo Jose' Santiago Nieves, Arnaldo Rafael Santiago Nieves, Bianca Luisa Santiago Colon', Shekynah Santiago Vega; brothers, Isander Santiago Alvarez, Anibal Santiago Alvarez; sisters, Ana Santiago Alvarez, Carmen Santiago Alvarez.
Rafael was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a spanish teacher and coach.
He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
