Born on April 9, 1983, in Bell County, Texas, Randy is the son of Madison Alva Jones and Sarah Lynn Wheeler.

Randy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lloyd "Dink" Davis and his aunt, Pauline Davis.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his grandmother, Paulette Lazenby; sister, Amanda Wheeler; and several nieces & nephews.
