Raymond Earl Chavis, 94, died Monday, April 30, 2012.
Funeral services, Friday May 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Hope Mills with interment in Hope Mills Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 6-8 PM at Pinecrest Funeral and Cremation Services in Hope Mills.
Surviving are children, Hilda Sullivan, Eva Chavis, Raymond Chavis Jr., Roger Chavis, William Hopkins, Willard Hopkins; sister Muriel Tyndale; five grandchildren and two grandchildren.
