Mr. Hoppe was born July 28, 1931 in Minneapolis, MN to Max Christopher and Evelyn Nelson Hoppe. He joined the Army in 1951 and served in the Korean War.
Mr. Hoppe is survived by five daughters: Gail Thompson, Sandra Palmer, Charlene Preble,
Roxanne Hill, LaRay Dobson, Deonne Esler: four sons; Walter Hoppe, Max Hoppe, LeRoy Hoppe, and Dick Hoppe.
The private memorial service will be held at a later date.
