Shirley Jane Barnhill

Shirley Jane Barnhill, 82, of Siler City passed away June 14, 2025.

Born in Cumberland County she was the daughter of the late James Vance & Bessie Jane Gales Brown.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Alvin Brown, sister, Elizabeth Driggers and a brother, Jimmy Brown.

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Locklear & husband James; sons, Gummery E. Barnhill, Jr. & wife Sharron and Michael Wayne Barnhill; grandchildren, Rickie Jones & wife Nikki, Brittney Jones, Chasity Barnhill, Joshua Neal Barnhill, Keanu Barnhill and Christopher Jones; great grandchildren, Codie Jones, Bentley Jones, Mason Jones, Layke Jones; sisters, Sylvia Smith, Margie Brown, Mary Mason and Margaret Hardin; brother, Larry Brown.

She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
