Shirley Faye Cameron, 75, of Fayetteville, died Friday, January 09, 2015.
Mrs. Cameron is preceded in death by her father, Sonny Thorpe, a sister, Connie Saltrick, and grandchildren, Charlie Cameron and Isabelle Young.
She is survived by her husband, John Cameron, Sr.; son, John Cameron, Jr. and wife Renee, son, Terry Cameron, daughter, Suzzie Young and fiancé Daniel McGill, son, Billy Cameron, daughter, Lisa Marshall; grandchildren, Brian Young and wife Jennifer, Jennifer Savage and husband Jonathan, Cameron Marshall, and Amanda Cameron; great-grandchildren, Gage Young, Brody Young, Breylon Beverage, Damari Cameron, and Mavis Young; and several nieces and nephews.
After more than 25 years, Mrs. Cameron retired from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
