Steve Kennedy, 52, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, John R. Kennedy, Jr. and brother-in-law Jim Briody.

Left to mourn his loss, his wife, Carol Kennedy; daughter, Kaitlin Culzean Kennedy; mother, Flora E. Kennedy; mother and father-in-law, Judy and Jim Briody, all of Fayetteville, NC; two sisters, Lynn Hawkins of San Diego, CA, Melanie Kennedy and husband Mark Mason of Birmingham, AL; brother David Shanahan and wife Evelyn of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; three nephews, Brian Shanahan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Paul Hawkins of Smith Grove, KY, Kyle Hawkins of Seattle, WA; niece, Kara Yarmamoto of Kuai, Hawaii, and Brandi Shanahan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
