Born May 3, 1951, he is the son of the late James Noe and Edith Hayes Noe.
He is survived by his wife, Leah Noe of the home; son, Stewart Thayer Noe of Charlotte, NC; mother, Edith Hayes Noe and brother, James "Buddy" Noe both of Delaware.
