William Boyd Reynolds, Sr., 86, of Hope Mills, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
Born in Cumberland County, he was the son of the late Walter Lee and Ila Jane Blackman Reynolds. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Vernon L. Reynolds and Edward Eugene Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife, Alice C. Reynolds; daughter, Kathryn Covington; sons, William Boyd Reynolds, Jr. & wife Sharon and Joseph D. Reynolds & wife Erin; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Mr. Reynolds enjoyed hunting, fishing, car shows, working on his building and working in his yard.
He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Hope Mills, 4621 Cameron Road Hope Mills, NC 28348.
